Monthly payments are due to the childcare on or before the 1st of the month. Semi-monthly payments are due on or before the 1st and 15th of the month.

Day by Day Services
Families already enrolled in My Second Home who are interested in day by day services (without a contract) should make an appointment in advance or call well in advance to ensure that space is available for that particular day.

Overtime charges
A surcharge of $1.00 per minute will be assessed when a child is not picked up by 5:30pm. This payment is due by the next childcare services payment.
